What is Enterprise Resource Manager?

Enterprise Resource Manager is an ERP system that enables companies to automate and manage their standard business processes, and get a complete e-business infrastructure as well. ERM, the next generation of Scala software,  provides you with the security, scalability and flexibility to handle future change, whatever it may be.

•  Tools and Technologies

JSP is used on Front Tier and on Middle Tier Servelts and Beans are used and Back end Tier Mysql is used as Data Base.

Enterprise Resource Manager has following modules,

•  Accounts

The Accounts module is used for efficiently tracking and maintaining your Accounts. Accounts are handled up to four levels. It supports General Journal, Ledger, Trail Balance and Balance Sheet. General journal is maintained automatically on the bases of Sale , Purchase, Bank Payments, Bank Receipts, Cash Payments and Cash Receipts. All the other i.e. Ledger, Trail Balance and Balance Sheet, Profit Loss and expense accounts will be maintained automatically.

•  Inventory

The Inventory module is used for efficiently tracking and maintaining your Inventory. Inventory can be grouped by category, type, and location. It supports multiple and simultaneous methods, automatically calculates depreciation, calculates gain/loss on Sale and Purchase of Inventory and updates the Accounts Ledger. Search is provided on different levels.

•  Sales

Sales module is used for efficiently Sales of the Inventory to the customer. Sales module handles Credit Sales, Cash Sales and Mixed Sales. Sale will automatically update the Inventory according to the sales and update the Accounts for that. It will also update the Account of the customer and goods. It also generates number of reports.

•  Purchase

Purchase module is used for efficiently Purchase of the Inventory from Vendor. Purchase module handles Credit, Cash and Mixed Purchases. Purchase will automatically update the Inventory according to the purchase of the particular product and update the Accounts for that. It will also update the Account of the vendor and inventory. It also generates Purchase documents against each transaction.

•  Customer Relation

Customer Relation module is used for efficiently track the customer information along with their accounts information and Address Book.

•  Bank

Bank Module will handle all the bank related transactions including Bank Payments and Bank receipts. More then one Bank accounts will be managed through this module
